重金属铅、镉及其复合物对叶菜种子萌发的影响 被引量:1

摘要 为了解蔬菜种子萌发时受到重金属的影响情况,本研究采用四季抗热甜脆油麦17号、80天粗条菜心、白圆苋菜为研究材料,在重金属铅(Pb)、镉(Cd)及其复合物的胁迫下对其种子萌发过程中的生理特性进行研究。结果表明,在单一重金属Pb的胁迫下,低浓度时,对叶菜种子萌发有一定的促进作用;高浓度时,对种子萌发有抑制作用。在单一重金属Cd的胁迫下,低浓度时,有微弱的促进作用;高浓度时,对种子萌发有抑制作用且比铅影响更显著。而当铅、镉复合胁迫时,也呈低促高抑的现象,抑制作用较Pb明显,较Cd弱一些。 In order to understand the influence of heavy metals on the germination of vegetable seeds,this experiment adopted three kinds of research materials,including four season hot and sweet crispy naked oats no.17,80 day thick cabbage heart and white amaranth,to study the physiological characteristics of the seeds during germination under the stress of heavy metals such as lead(Pb),cadmium(Cd)and their compounds.The results showed that under the stress of the single heavy metal Pb,the low concentration of Pb could promote the germination of leaf vegetable seeds.High concentration can inhibit seed germination.Under the stress of single heavy metal Cd,it had weak promoting effect at low concentration.At high concentration,the inhibition of seed germination was more significant than that of lead.However,under the combined stress of lead and cadmium,it also showed the phenomenon of low promotion and high inhibition,the inhibition was more obvious than that of Pb,and weaker than that of Cd.
