Consultative Law Enforcement:A New Exploration of Administrative Law Enforcement Mode

随着我国社会的转型,公民主体意识的觉醒,传统行政执法显现出的弊端日益增多。协商式行政执法是合作行政的典范,代表着世界民主思潮发展的要求与行政执法潮流变革的方向,是破解传统行政执法桎梏将来主要的执法方式。所以,为加快行政执法的现代化建设步伐,彰显社会主义协商民主制度焕发的巨大生机与活力,有必要深入进行协商执法研究,构建新时代中国特色社会主义协商执法制度,大力推进协商执法在实践中的适用。

With the transformation of our society,the awakening of citizen’s consciousness of subjectivity,more and more disadvantages are shown in the traditional administrative law enforcement methods.Consultative administrative law enforcement,a model of cooperative administration,represents the requirements of the development of democratic thought trend in the world and the direction of the trend of administrative law enforcement reform,being the main law enforcement method to crack the traditional administrative law enforcement in the future.Therefore,in order to speed up the pace of modernization of administrative law enforcement and show the great vitality of the socialist consultative democratic system,it is necessary to study the system of consultation and law enforcement in depth,construct the system of consultation and law enforcement with Chinese characteristics in the new era and vigorously promote the application of consultative law enforcement in practice.
