摘要
高校思政“金课”建设团队的生成有其历史逻辑、现实逻辑和实践逻辑的必然。思政“金课”建设团队根据自身的任务和目标,可以定位为课程建设团队。培育思政“金课”建设团队是一项复杂的系统工作,要正确处理好立场守正与改革创新的关系、课程建设与学科意识的关系、顶层设计与尊重规律的关系、师德建设与学科建设的关系、教师定位与研究学生的关系。
The formation of the ideological and political“gold course”construction team in universities has its historical logic,realistic logic and practical logic.Ideological and political“gold course”construction team can be positioned as the course construction team according to its tasks and objects.Cultivating“golden course”construction team is a complex system work,which requires to properly handle five major relations:keeping position and reform and innovation,course construction and subject consciousness,top-level design and respecting the rules,teacher’s ethics construction and subject construction,teachers’positioning and researching students.
