高校思政“金课”建设团队的生成有其历史逻辑、现实逻辑和实践逻辑的必然。思政“金课”建设团队根据自身的任务和目标,可以定位为课程建设团队。培育思政“金课”建设团队是一项复杂的系统工作,要正确处理好立场守正与改革创新的关系、课程建设与学科意识的关系、顶层设计与尊重规律的关系、师德建设与学科建设的关系、教师定位与研究学生的关系。
