摘要
介绍了1座高寒高海拔特长隧道中心排水沟结构形式和施工工艺的选取过程。根据这几年的调查发现,中心水沟断面尺寸偏小,雨季时常出现满流和排水能力不足的情况;矩形截面中心排水沟较圆形截面中心排水沟具有过水断面大的优势,提倡采用;矩形截面排水沟的施工工艺宜结合预制场地、中心排水沟的埋深、主体结构施工方法选取;预制矩形截面中心排水沟应做好管节接头的细节设计。
This paper introduces the selection process of structural form and construction technology of central drainage ditch of a super long tunnel with high altitude and cold climate.According to the investigation in recent years,it is found that the cross-section size of central drainage ditch is too small,and full flow and insufficient drainage capacity often occur in rainy season.Compared with the circular section,the rectangular section central drainage ditch has the advantage of large cross-section,so it is recommended to use it.The construction technology of rectangular section drainage ditch should be combined with the prefabrication site,the buried depth of central drainage ditch and the construction method of main structure.Detailed design of pipe joint shall be made for prefabricated central drainage ditch with rectangular section.
