摘要
针对水电机组各过流部件的结构特点,结合某水电站的具体结构参数,基于ANSYS GUI、Design Model和UG NX 8.0等3种不同建模方法,对水电机组各过流部件进行建模。探讨各建模方法的优劣,采用不同软件相结合的方式完成了水电机组各个部件的模型建立,再利用各部件间的相对约束关系进行整体装配,构造出完整的水电机组三维模型。
According to the structural characteristics of each flow component of hydropower unit and the specific structural parameters of a certain hydropower station,the flow component of the hydropower unit was made model based on three different modeling methods,ANSYS GUI,Design Model and UG NX 8.0.In this paper,the advantages and disadvantages of each modeling method was discussed,and different software was used to complete the modeling of each part of the hydropower unit.Then,the relative constraints among components are used to assemble the whole unit,and a complete three-dimensional model of the hydropower unit is constructed.
