摘要
针对岩滩水电站4号发电机组一直存在的上导摆度和上机架水平振动超规范允许值问题,对该机组进行了变转速和变励磁工况下的振摆检测,采用渐进式动平衡综合分析处理方法,分析计算转子不平衡质量的数值和方位,据此在转子支架上安装配重块,成功解决了转子动不平衡引起的上导摆度和上机架振动幅值大的问题,使得该机组振摆幅值符合标准规范要求。
In view of the problems that the upper deflection and the upper frame horizontal vibration of unit#4 of Yantan Hydropower Station always exceed the allowable values,the unit has been tested for the vibration at variable speed and excitation conditions.The value and orientation of rotor unbalanced mass are analyzed and calculated by progressive dynamic balance comprehensive analysis and treatment method.By installing counterweight on the rotor support,the problems of large amplitude of upper guide and upper frame vibration caused by rotor dynamic imbalance are successfully solved,which makes the unit vibration amplitude meet the requirements of standard specifications.
