Water Culture and Erhai Lake Governance

为了从水文化角度推进水生态文明建设,系统梳理了水文化内涵和研究现状,从白族水文化观念入手,分析了融入水文化的洱海治理,结果表明,融入水文化的洱海治理成果显著。在此基础上,提出融入水文化的洱海保护和构建洱海健康新水系的做法,水文化宣传方式。期望有助于各地区建立并大力宣传水文化,做到从“生态修复”到“人心修复”要两手抓、两手硬。

In order to promote the construction of water ecological civilization from the perspective of water culture, this paper systematically sorted out the connotation and research status of water culture, and analyzed the governance of Erhai Lake integrated with water culture from the perspective of Bai ethnic group’s water culture. The results show that the governance of Erhai Lake integrated with water culture has achieved remarkable results. On this basis, the practices of protecting and constructing healthy new water system of Erhai Lake integrated with water culture and publicity mode of water culture are put forward. It is expected that it will be helpful to establish and publicize water culture in all regions, so that both hands and hands are needed from "ecological restoration" to "human restoration".
