Development of Polyester/V iscose Fine Segment Color Yarn

以白色涤纶纤维和黑色黏胶纤维为原料,通过对细纱机喂入机构和牵伸机构的创新性改造,使辅助纱条可控喂入,实现段彩效果。分析了原料性能,选择白色涤纶作为段彩纱的基础纱线,黑色黏胶为辅助纱线,介绍了涤黏细段彩纱的工艺流程;探讨了开清棉、梳棉、粗纱、细纱等工序的工艺配置。涤黏细段彩纱的成功开发,丰富了纱线种类,可用于制作“高档轻薄”的夏季衬衫面料。

Using white polyester fiber and black viscose fiber as raw materials,through the innovative reformation of feeding mechanism and drafting mechanism of the spinning frame,the auxiliary yarn could be controlled to feed,and the segment-color effect could be achieved.The raw material performance was analyzed,and white polyester was selected as the basic yarn of the segment color yarn,and the black viscose was the auxiliary yarn.The process flow of the polyester and viscose fine segment color yarn was introduced.Process configuration of opening and cleaning,carding,roving and spinning was discussed.The successful development of polyester-viscose fine yarns enriched the variety of yarns,and could be used to make“high-end and light”summer shirt fabrics.
