高耐化学性覆盖膜的制备与应用研究

摘要 制备一种环氧涂层并在PI表面涂布,固化后得到涂层PI膜。在涂层PI膜的另一面涂布一层改性环氧胶粘剂,并与离型纸覆合,即得到耐化性涂层覆盖膜。对比测试耐化性涂层覆盖膜和普通覆盖膜的耐碱性、耐除胶渣性能及其他各项基本性能。结果显示,涂层可有效保护PI膜不被碱液及除胶渣药水咬噬;涂层覆盖膜与普通覆盖膜在柔软性、耐热老化性能、耐热性、力学性能、耐折性及激光加工性方面基本相当。 A epoxy coating was prepared and coated on polyimide film and then cured to prepare coating polyimide film.A modified epoxy adhesive was coated on the other side of coating polyimide film and covered with release paper to prepare a chemical resistance coating coverlay.A comparison test was taken between normal coverlay and chemical resistance coating coverlay.The results showed that the chemical resistance coating could protect polyimide film from being corroded by alkali liquor and desmear potion.Chemical resistance coating coverlay and normal coverlay were roughly equivalent in terms of flexibility,heat aging resistance,heat resistance,mechanical properties,folding resistance and laser processability.
