氟马西尼对全凭静脉麻醉术后患者的催醒效果观察

Observation on the wake-up effect of flumazenil on patients after total intravenous anesthesia

目的探讨氟马西尼对全凭静脉麻醉术后患者的催醒效果。方法选取2018年4月至2019年6月于本院接受静脉麻醉手术的66例患者,采用随机数字表法分为实验组和常规组,各33例。实验组患者使用氟马西尼催醒,常规组患者使用同等剂量0.9%氯化钠溶液催醒。比较分析两组患者苏醒时间、气管导管拔出时间及不良反应的发生情况。结果实验组苏醒及气管导管拔出时间均短于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义。结论对接受全凭静脉麻醉术患者术后使用氟马西尼催醒,能够减少气管导管拔出时间,促进患者苏醒,具有较高的安全性,催醒效果较好。

Objective To investigate the wake-up effect of flumazenil on patients after total intravenous anesthesia.Methods 66 patients who underwent intravenous anesthesia in our hospital from April 2018 to June 2019 were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and conventional group,with 33 cases in each group.Patients in the experimental group were awakened with flumazenil,patients in the conventional group were awakened with the same dose of 0.9%sodium chloride solution,and the wake-up time,tracheal tube extraction time,and adverse reactions were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results The patients in the experimental group had shorter recovery time and tracheal tube extraction time than the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the two groups was not statistically significant.Conclusion The use of flumazenil to awaken patients after total intravenous anesthesia can reduce tracheal tube extraction time,promote rapid awakening of patients in a short period of time,has higher safety and better awakening effect.
