康复新液治疗放射性食管炎的Meta分析

Meta analysis of efficiency of Kangfuxin liquid in the treatment of radiation esophagitis

目的系统评价康复新液治疗放射性食管炎的疗效。方法检索PubMed、Cochrane Library、Web of Science、中国知网、万方数据库及维普医药信息资源系统,查找康复新治疗放射性食管炎的相关研究试验,采用STATA 12.0软件进行Meta分析。结果共18项试验纳入研究,共1418例患者。Meta分析结果显示:康复新及其联合用药能够降低RTOG等级(OR=0.392,OR=0.306,P=0.000),同时能够降低发生率(OR=6.742,95%CI:4.123~11.026,P=0.000)并能推迟放射性食管炎的发生时间(WMD=4.800,95%CI:2.940~6.660,P=0.000)。结论康复新液治疗放射性食管炎效果显著,但本次系统评价纳入文献质量较低,上述结论尚需大样本、高质量、多中心、随机、双盲的随机对照试验进一步证实。

Objective To systematically review evaluate the clinical effectiveness treatment of radiation esophagitis by Kangfuxin liquid.Methods Kangfuxin liquid in the treatment of radiation esophagitis was searched in PubMed,Cochrane Library,Web of Science,CNKI,Wanfang Data and VIP.Then Meta-analysis was performed using STATA 12.0.Results Eighteen studies were included,a total of 1418 patients.Compared with routine drugs,Meta analysis results showed Kangfuxin and its combination drugs can reduce the RTOG level(OR=0.392,OR=0.306,P=0.000).What is more,they can reduce the incidence rate(OR=6.742,95%CI:4.123-11.026,P=0.000)and delay the occurrence time of radioactive esophagitis(WMD=4.800,95%CI:2.940-6.660,P=0.000).Conclusion The current results have proved that Kangfuxin had significant effectiveness on treatment of radiation esophagitis.However,the quality of the systematic reviews included was low,and the conclusions above need to be further confirmed by a large sample,high-quality,multi-center,randomized,double-blind,randomized controlled trial.
