摘要
在新发展理念、乡村振兴战略相继提出以及我国社会主要矛盾发生转变的大背景下,涉农高校肩负着推进农业人才供给侧结构性改革、探索新农科教育的重大使命。本文在归纳总结新农科的历史演进和“新农人”内涵特点的基础上,阐述深化产教融合在更新育人理念、整合校内外资源、打通人才输出通道等方面的重要意义,并进一步围绕招生、培养、就业三大环节探索基于产教融合的“三位一体”新农人培养模式,提出针对课程体系构建、师资队伍培养、实践教学平台建设等方面的具体措施,以期为高校的农业人才培养提供参考与借鉴。
Under the background of the new development concept,the strategy of Rural Revitalization and the transformation of the main social contradictions in China,agricultural colleges and universities shoulder the important mission of promoting the supply side structural reform of agricultural talents and exploring new agricultural education.On the basis of summing up the historical evolution of new agricultural science and the characteristics of new farmer,this paper expounds the important significance of deepening the resource integration between production enterprises and universities in renewing the concept of education,integrating the resources inside and outside the school,and developing the channel of talent output,and further exploring the“Three in one”new farmer cultivation mode around the three links of enrollment,training the employment.The author puts forward specific measures for the construction of curriculum system,the cultivation of teaching staff and the construction of practical teaching platform,which are aimed at providing some reference for the cultivation of agricultural talents in colleges and universities.
