科研档案管理工作对医疗机构科研发展的影响研究

Research on the Influence of Scientific Research Archive Management on the Scientific Research Development of Medical Institutions

目的通过单中心数据研究,评估科研档案管理工作对医疗机构科研发展的影响。方法以医院建设科研档案管理体系举措为例,收集改革前后医院科研项目申报及立项数据,通过χ2检验进行组间差异比较,分析科研档案管理的作用。结果2017—2019年间,医院申报项目由2014—2016年间的393项增加至739项,共增加346项,其中市级以上申报项目占由31.04%(122例)提升至41%(303例),差异具有统计学意义(χ2=10.850,P<0.001);2014—2016年间医院总体立项113项,立项率28.78%,2017—2019年间医院总体立项212项,立项率28.69%,2014—2016年间和2017—2019年间总体立项率相近,差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.001,P=0.981);其中市级立项率由2014—2016年间的27.31%(74例)提升至2017—2019年间的36.7%(160例),差异无统计学意义(χ2=3.645,P=0.056);2017—2019年间省级立项率虽然有所降低,但中标项目数较前有所升高。结论科研档案管理工作的深化和优化,在一定程度上可以刺激医疗单位科研的积极性,协助医疗机构科研项目的开展,对医疗机构的长远发展提供了保障。

Objective To clarify the influence of scientific research archive management on the development of medical institutions and improve the management of scientific research archive.Methods Taking the measures of establishing scientific research archive management system of the college as an example,the paper analyzed the role of scientific research archive management by comparing the differences in the application and approval of scientific research projects before(2014—2016)and after(2017—2019)the reform of the college.Results From 2017 to 2019,the number of items applied in our hospital increased from 396 to 739 from 2014 to 2016,with a total increase of 346 items.Among them,the number of items applied at or above the municipal level increased from 31.04%(122 cases)to 41%(303 cases).The difference was statistically significant(χ2=10.850,P<0.001).From 2014 to 2016,113 projects were approved in our hospital,with a project approval rate of 28.78%;from 2017 to 2019,212 projects were approved in our hospital,with a project approval rate of 28.69%;from 2014 to 2016 and 2017 to 2019,the overall project approval rate was similar,with no statistically significant difference(χ2=0.001,P=0.981).The municipal project approval rates during the period from 2014 to 2016 and the period from 2017 to 2019 were 27.31%(74 cases)and 36.7%(160 cases),respectively,the difference was not statistically significant(χ2=3.645,P=0.056).From 2017 to 2019,the provincial project approval rate decreased,but the number of projects won increased.Conclusion To some extent,the deepening and optimization of scientific research archive management can stimulate the enthusiasm of scientific research of medical institutions,assist the development of scientific research projects of medical institutions,and guarantee the longterm development of medical institutions.
