摘要
目的对肺癌疾病中应用放射治疗时患者出现放射性肺炎(radiation pneumonitis,RP)进行分析。方法研究样本选取为2017年9月—2019年9月于我院接受肺癌放射治疗的80例患者。通过单因素和Logistic回归多因素分析肺癌放射治疗患者放射性肺炎的相关影响因素。结果80例放射治疗患者中放射性肺炎共发生40例,发生率为50.00%;患者均为放射治疗开始后16~84 d发生放射性肺炎,均值(32.57±2.28)d;放射面积、单次放射剂量、是否存在COPD合并症、是否存在糖尿病合并症是影响患者产生放射性肺炎的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论肺癌患者在接受放射治疗时医护人员需适当减少对患者的放射面积和缩短放射时间,同时对存在COPD合并症、存在糖尿病合并症的患者进行重点监护,从而降低患者出现放射性肺炎疾病的发生率。
Objective To analyze radiation pneumonitis(RP)in patients with lung cancer during radiotherapy.Methods The study samples were selected from 80 patients who received radiotherapy for lung cancer in our hospital from September 2017 to September 2019.The factors related to radiation pneumonitis in patients with lung cancer radiotherapy were analyzed by single factor and logistic regression.Results 40 radiation pneumonia occurred in 80 radiotherapy patients,with an incidence rate of 50.00%;all patients developed radiation pneumonia from 16 to 84 days after the start of radiotherapy,with an average value of(32.57±2.28)days;radiation area,single radiation dose,the presence or absence of COPD comorbidities and the presence of diabetes comorbidities are the main factors affecting the patient's radiation pneumonia(P<0.05).Conclusion When lung cancer patients receive radiotherapy,medical staff need to appropriately reduce the radiation area and shorten the radiation time of the patients,and at the same time,focus on the patients with COPD comorbidities and diabetes comorbidities,so as to reduce the incidence of radiation pneumonia.
