肥胖患者的抗菌药物剂量调整与药学监护

Dose Adjustment of Antimicrobial Drugs and Pharmaceutical Care on Obese Patients

目的探讨临床药师参与肥胖患者抗感染治疗的作用。方法临床药师通过参与2019年8—9月血流感染肥胖患者的治疗,根据患者病理生理情况制定抗感染药物用药方案,分析讨论肥胖患者应用抗菌药物的剂量调整方法,并进行相关药物的用药监护。结果临床药师对肥胖患者抗感染治疗过程中使用的抗菌药物剂量进行了调整,按照患者的药敏结果、实验室检查指标、抗菌药物药物浓度监测结果等提出了个体化的治疗方案,患者治疗安全、有效。结论临床药师以专业特长参与患者临床治疗,能够提高肥胖感染患者临床治疗效果,保障患者合理用药。

Objective To investigate the effect of clinical pharmacists participate in the anti-infection treatment on obese patients.Methods Clinical pharmacists participate in the treatment of obese patients with bloodstream infection from August to September 2019,formulate anti infective drug use plan according to the patient's pathophysiological conditions,analyze and discuss the dosage adjustment method of antibacterial drugs for obese patients,and carry out the medication monitoring of related drugs Results Clinical pharmacists have adjusted the dosage of antibiotics in obese patient,proposed individualized treatment plan according to the results of drug sensitivity,laboratory examination and blood concentration of antibiotics,and the treatment was safe and effective.Conclusion Clinical pharmacists can improve clinical treatment and ensure the safety of obese patients by professional knowledge.
