慢性肾脏病伴冠心病冠状动脉介入后行血液透析护理

Hemodialysis Nursing for Patients With Chronic Kidney Disease and Coronary Heart Disease After Coronary Artery Intervention

目的分析慢性肾脏病合并冠心病患者接受冠状动脉介入术治疗后进行血液透析的护理方法与效果。方法2019年3月—2020年3月选取本院收治的72例慢性肾脏病合并冠心病患者,全部患者都接受冠状动脉介入术治疗后进行血液透析处理,按照双盲法分为两组,对照组予以常规护理,观察组实施系统护理,并对两组患者生活质量评分、临床症状评分以及并发症发生率进行对比。结果观察组生活质量评分比对照组大(P<0.05);观察组临床症状评分比对照组小(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率2.78%,小于对照组的30.56%(P<0.05)。结论系统护理在慢性肾脏病合并冠心病患者接受冠状动脉介入术治疗后行血液透析中,可改善患者的临床症状,提高其生活质量,减少并发症的出现。

Objective To analyze the nursing methods and effects of hemodialysis in patients with chronic kidney disease and coronary heart disease after coronary intervention.Methods From March 2019 to March 2020,72 patients with chronic kidney disease and coronary heart disease admitted to our hospital were selected.All patients underwent coronary interventional therapy for hemodialysis treatment,according to the doubleblind method For the two groups,the comparison group was given routine care,and the experimental group was given systematic care.The quality of life score,clinical symptom score,and complication rate of the two groups were compared.Results The quality of life score of the experimental group was larger than that of the control group(P<0.05);the clinical symptom score of the experimental group was smaller than that of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the experimental group was 2.78%,which was less than 30.56%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic nursing can improve the clinical symptoms,improve the quality of life,and reduce the occurrence of complications in patients with chronic kidney disease and coronary heart disease undergoing coronary artery interventional hemodialysis.
