摘要
文章综述了白血病终末期患者安宁疗护的研究进展,以期为白血病终末期患者安宁疗护的发展提供参考。在国外,安宁疗护实施比较成熟,安宁疗护能够提高患者临终生活质量,但是对于白血病终末期患者的应用低于实体肿瘤患者;而在我国,安宁疗护起步晚,发展缓慢,同时我国是人口大国,基数大,需求量很大,2018年中国白血病死亡率为6.6/10万,病死率高,白血病终末期患者因为身体的疼痛、经济的负担等一系列问题,患者未能够做到善终,安宁疗护能明显改善患者不良的负性情绪,提高患者的满意度。因此对白血病终末期患者实行安宁疗护是有必要的。
This paper reviewed the research progress of hospice care for patients with end-stage leukemia in order to provide reference for the development of it.In some foreign countries,the implementation of hospice care,which works well in improving the quality of life of patients at the end of life,is relatively mature.However,the application of hospice care in patients with leukemia at the end of life is lower than that in patients with solid tumors.Hospice care in our country starts late and develops slowly.What’s more,China is a country with both large population base and high demands.In 2018,the mortality rate of leukemia in China was 6.6/100000,which is relatively high.The patients with end-stage leukemia fail to die a good death because of their physical pain and financial difficulties.And hospice care can significantly better patients’negative emotions,improving their satisfaction.Therefore,hospice care is necessary for patients with terminal leukemia.
