双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病34例 被引量:15

摘要 目的探讨益生菌联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病的临床疗效。方法将64例非酒精性脂肪性肝病患者随机分为对照组30例和治疗组34例。对照组予以护肝药多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊,每次228 mg(1粒),tid;治疗组在对照组基础上加上双歧杆菌四联活菌片,每次3片(每片0.5 g),tid;两组患者疗程均为4周,比较两组患者临床疗效、治疗前后的肝功能[丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)]、天冬氨酸氨基转移酶(AST)、谷胺酰转移酶(GGT)及血脂[三酰甘油(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)]水平。结果治疗组总有效率为91.18%,明显优于对照组70.00%(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后ALT、AST、GGT水平均明显低于对照组(均P<0.05);两组患者治疗后TG、TC水平无明显变化,(P>0.05)。结论双歧杆菌四联活菌片联合多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊治疗非酒精性脂肪性肝病的临床效果优于单用多烯磷脂酰胆碱胶囊,值得临床推广。
