三床式RCO处理丁苯橡胶装置废气工艺介绍及危害分析

摘要 介绍应用三床式蓄热式催化氧化技术处理丁苯橡胶装置产生废气的工艺概况及运行效果。废气经过催化氧化后,苯乙烯含量降至20 mg/m^3以下,非甲烷总烃降至20 mg/m^3以下,能够满足国家排放标准的要求。该装置正常运行状态下,能够利用自身反应放热维持反应温度,能源消耗低。为了有效控制装置运行风险,运用系统安全理论和方法,辨识工艺控制过程中存在的危险危害因素,并制定相应的控制措施,使得废气装置能够安全稳定运行。 The process overview and operation effect of the three bed regenerative catalytic oxidation technology in the treatment of waste gas from styrene butadiene rubber plant were introduced.After catalytic oxidation of the waste gas,content of the styrene was reduced to less than 20 mg/m^3,and the total non methane hydrocarbon was reduced to less than 20 mg/m^3,which could meet requirements of the national emission standards.Under the normal operation,reaction temperature of the device could be maintained by its own reaction heat release,the energy consumption was low.In order to effectively control operation risk of the device,the system safety theory and method were used to identify the hazardous factors in the process control course,and corresponding control measures were made to ensure the safe and stable running of the waste gas treatment device.
