焦化蜡油泵振动原因分析及叶轮优化措施

摘要 针对延迟焦化装置高温蜡油泵振动较大问题,通过对比运行参数、分析振动频谱,认为泵的实际流量和设计流量偏差太大,导致泵的运行工况变差。通过对叶轮的优化设计,解决了泵振动问题,使泵的运行达到了节能的目的。 Aiming at the large vibration of high temperature wax oil pump in delayed coking device,it was considered that the big deviation between the actual and the design flow rates of the pump was resulted in the worse running situation by comparing and analyzing the operating parameters and the vibration spectrum.Through the optimal design of the impeller,the vibration problem of the pump was solved,and the energy saving purpose of the pump operation was achieved.
