摘要
利用图像分析技术对PVC树脂颗粒透射光镜图像进行处理,采用短径长径比、圆度等形状因子参数,建立了定量表征PVC颗粒形状的方法。利用本方法考察了分散剂PVA55、PVA80的不同用量对悬浮法PVC树脂颗粒形状因子的影响。
The optical microscopy images of PVC resin particles were processed by image analysis technology.The shape factor parameters such as ratio of short diameter to long diameterand,roundness,were used to establish a quantitative method to characterize the shape of PVC particles.Investigation of PVC resin shape factor with different dosage of PVA55 and PVA80 was made by the method.
