ANALYSIS AND STUDY ON DEPRESSURIZATION FEASIBILITY IN ETHYLENE DISTILLATION SYSTEM

摘要 通过建立乙烯精馏塔模型,对乙烯装置原料轻质化后的乙烯精馏塔运行状况进行分析,根据分析结果提出乙烯精馏塔降压操作的可行性。模拟结果表明:降低乙烯精馏塔操作压力,可缓解其回流量大和液泛等问题,有利于精馏塔的操作,提高乙烯产量;现有乙烯外送能力也可以满足要求。 Through the establishment of ethylene distillation tower model,operation status of the ethylene distillation tower after the raw material light weight reform on the ethylene plant was analyzed,and depressurization operation feasibility of the ethylene distillation tower was put forth basing on the analysis.The simulation results showed that the problems such as large backflow and flooding could be relieved by the depressurization operation,which was benefit to operation of the ethylene distillation tower and increase of ethylene production,and the existing ethylene delivery capacity could also meet the requirements.
