摘要
为解决PCB板机械焊接时的定位支撑问题,设计了一种以QT软件为上位机操作系统,STM32F103为下位机的PCB板定位支撑系统。上位机通过基于颜色的自适应图像分割以及中心扩散查找算法实现了PCB板的识别定位,然后将坐标数据传递给下位机,通过LCD屏以及指示灯引导人工完成支撑柱插入工作,为了确保准确性,还设置了防呆模块。实验证明,图片的识别定位率可以达到98%以上,系统还具有灵敏度高、人机交互性强、成本低等特点。
In order to solve the problem of PCB positioning support during mechanical welding,a PCB positioning support system with QT software as the upper computer operating system and STM32F103 as the lower computer is designed.The upper computer realized the PCB identification and positioning through the color based adaptive image segmentation and center diffusion search algorithm,and then transfers the coordinate data to the lower computer.The LCD screen and indicator light guided the manual completion of the support column insertion.In order to ensure the accuracy,the anti daze module was also set.Experiments show that the recognition and location rate of the image can reach more than 98%.The system also has the characteristics of high sensitivity,strong human computer interaction,low cost.
