居家精神分裂症患者监护人心理健康状况调查

Investigation of The Mental Health Status of Guardians of Schizophrenia Patients at Home

目的探究居家精神分裂症患者监护人的心理健康状况水平及相关影响因素。方法采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和自制基本情况调查表对辖区310名居家精神分裂症患者监护人进行调查分析。结果居家精神分裂症患者监护人总均分、躯体化、焦虑、恐怖、精神病性SCL-90评分均显著高于全国常模(P<0.05)。父母的总均分、躯体化、强迫症状、抑郁、偏执SCL-90评分最高(P<0.05),其他监护人焦虑、恐怖、精神病性SCL-90评分最高(P<0.05);女性监护人的强迫症状和焦虑因子评分高于男性监护人(P<0.05);60岁及以上监护人的总均分及各因子SCL-90评分均显著高于60岁以下监护人(P<0.05);初中以下监护人的总均分、强迫症状、人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性SCL-90评分均显著高于初中及以上监护人(P<0.05);农村监护人的躯体化因子评分显著高于城市监护人(P<0.05),城市监护人的精神病性因子评分显著高于农村监护人(P<0.05)。结论居家精神分裂症患者监护人普遍存在不同程度的心理健康问题,要重视监护人的心理健康状况,及时采取针对性的心理干预。

Objective To explore the mental health status and related influencing factors of guardians of schizophrenic patients at home.Methods The total of 310 guardians of schizophrenic patients at home were analyzed with symptom checklist 90(SCL-90)and self-made basic information questionnaire.Results The total average score,somatization,anxiety,phobia and psychotic SCL-90 scores of home-based schizophrenic patients were significantly higher than the national norm(P<0.05).The SCL-90 score of parents was the highest in total average score,somatization,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,depression,and paranoia(P<0.05),while the scores of anxiety,terror and psychotic SCL-90 of other guardians were the highest(P<0.05).The scores of obsessive-compulsive symptoms and anxiety factors of female guardians were higher than those of male guardians(P<0.05).The total average score and SCL-90 scores of guardians aged 60 and above were significantly higher than those of guardians under 60(P<0.05).The total average score,obsessive-compulsive symptoms,interpersonal sensitivity,depression,anxiety,hostility,terror,paranoid ideation and psychotic SCL-90 scores of guardians below junior high school were significantly higher than those of guardians above junior high school(P<0.05).The somatization factor score of rural guardians was significantly higher than that of urban guardians(P<0.05),and that of urban guardians was significantly higher than that of rural guardians(P<0.05).Conclusion The guardians of home-based schizophrenic patients generally have different degrees of mental health problems and should been conducted with the timely targeted psychological intervention.
