基于北斗卫星的全自动桥梁转体系统开发 被引量:2

摘要 桥梁转体是一种新型的架桥施工工艺,为实现主桥与引桥的准确对接,监测主桥与引桥之间的角度关系至关重要。目前,转体桥角度监测主要通过人工操作全站仪测量来实现,自动化程度低、操作复杂、精度不易保障。本文首次将北斗卫星导航系统引入桥梁转体的监测过程中,通过北斗卫星和地面站构建天地一体的转体角度监测系统,实现桥梁转体角度的实时监测与闭环控制。在引桥上建立固定站,在主桥上建立移动站,基于北斗卫星导航的监测系统可将主桥与引桥之间的夹角实时反馈给转体执行系统,从而实现桥梁的全自动转体。开发了基于北斗卫星的全自动桥梁转体软硬件系统,通过实验测试了系统的功能。
