摘要
体育消费既是体育产业高质量发展的核心动能,也是我国消费领域的新兴力量,而体育消费政策对体育消费发展具有重要引领作用,是体育消费发展的助推器。通过政策工具视角,对46号文件颁布以来的37份国家层面的体育消费政策文本进行内容分析,构建三维立体分析框架,进行多维交叉分析,剖析目前体育消费政策体系中政策工具的运用情况,为日后体育消费政策制定与优化提供合理化建议。
Sports consumption is not only the core energy for the high-quality development of the sports industry,but also an emerging force in China’s consumption.Sports consumption policy plays the leading role in the development of sports consumption and is a booster for the development of sports consumption.From the perspective of policy tools,this study analyzed the content of 37 national sports consumption policy texts since Document 46 was issued by the State Council,built a three-dimensional analysis framework,conducted multidimensional cross-analysis of the current application of policy tools in the sports consumption policy system so as to provide reasonable suggestions for the formulation and optimization of sports consumption policies in the future.
