中国武术技击现实与境界的尴尬与救赎

Difficulties and Solution in View of Reality of Chinese Wushu

为使中国武术摆脱目前在技击功能价值上所遇到的尴尬处境,主要运用文献资料法、走访调查法、专家访谈法、教改实验法等研究方法,分析了中国武术技击的现实与境界追求,论证了二者之间所具有的过大张力及其形成原因;提出了“打破武术技击认识上的套路思维”“纠正武术技击现实与理想之间的错误认识”“厘清功能多元兼顾与一维极致之间的关系”“改革传统武术的主体训练模式”的改变中国武术技击现状的要点,从思想认识到实践操作贯通中国武术技击的救赎之路。

This paper analyzed the reality,difficulties and solutions of the Chinese Wushu fighting skills through literature review,field investigation,expert interview and experiments.There was a big gap between the ideal Wushu fighting and the actual Wushu fighting.In order to shake off the difficulties and be competitive,reasons should be found out,ideas should be renewed,and the traditional training mode should be reformed.
