隔膜对锂离子电池性能的影响

摘要 LiFePO4由于其低成本、环境友好、优良的热稳定性和化学稳定性等优点被认为是目前最具前景的锂离子电池正极材料之一。本文采用LiFePO4作为正极材料,研究了隔膜对电池电化学性能的影响。研究表明:相比于常规隔膜A,隔膜B可改善倍率放电、循环等电化学性能。同时,LiFePO4电池存储性能优良,60℃-7天存储后,容量保持率大于98%,容量恢复率大于100%;1 C循环800周容量保持率为99.7%,循环1300周容量保持率为96.8%。 LiFePO4 has been considered as the one of the most promising cathode materials in lithium-ion batteries due to its outstanding advantages of low cost, environmental friendliness, excellent thermal and chemical stabilities, etc. The effects of separator on properties of lithium ion batteries using LiFePO4, as cathode material were investigated.The results indicated that: Compared with conventional separator A, separator B can improve electrochemical performance such as discharge rate, cycling et al. At the same time, the LiFePO4 battery has excellent storage performance, The capacity retention is greater than 98 %, and the capacity recovery is greater than 100 % after storage at 60 ℃-7 days;Also, it exhibited excellent cycling stability, the capacity retention was 99.7 % after 800 cycles and 96.8 % after 1300 cycles at 1 C.
