摘要
目的:制备载槲皮素纳米粒并对其进行表征。方法:以聚乙二醇单甲醚-聚(Nε-苄氧羰基赖氨酸)(PEG-b-PZLL)为载体,包载抗肿瘤药物槲皮素,制备成纳米粒,对其粒径分布进行测定,通过透射电镜(TEM)观察其形貌。结果:成功制备载槲皮素的纳米粒(P-Q),其粒径为(110.5±2.6)nm,经TEM检测基本呈规整圆形,分散性较好。结论:本研究以PEG-b-PZLL为载体成功制备了包载抗肿瘤药物槲皮素的纳米粒,其粒径分布均匀。
Objective: To study the preparation and the characterization of drug-carrying polymers nanoparticles. Methods: Polyethylene glycol monomethyl ether-poly(N benzyl oxycarbonyl lysine)(PEG-b-PZLL) was used as carrier and containing antitumor drug quercetin to prepare nanoparticles. The particle size distribution was measured and the morphology was observed by transmission electron microscopy(TEM). Results: P-Q nanoparticles were successfully produced with a particle size of(110.5 ± 2.6) nm, which were basically round in shape and had good dispersancy by TEM detection. Conclusion: In this study, using quercetin as the model drug, PEG-b-PZLL as carrier to prepare P-Q nanoparticles for the treatment of human breast cancer, it had uniform particle size distribution.
