一种中草药私处护理液的研究

Research on an Intimate Care Washing Including Chinese Herbal Medicine

目的研究一种乳酸、中草药和益生元复配的私处护理液,并对其效果进行了观察。方法采用溶出性抗(抑)菌产品抑菌性能试验和动物试验方法,对该护理液抑菌效果及其毒性进行了实验室观察。结果该私处护理液在0.5 min、2 min、5 min、10 min、20 min对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌和白色念珠菌抑菌率均大于99.99%;37℃条件下原液存放3个月后,抑菌率与存放前基本一致;急性经口毒理试验LD50>5000mg/kg,属实际无毒;多次完整皮肤刺激指数为0,属无刺激;多次阴道粘膜刺激指数为0.67,属无刺激;皮肤致敏率为0,未见红斑、水肿等变态反应;消费者测试表明对人体温和,无不良反应。结论该私处抑菌护理液符合消毒产品抗(抑)菌制剂相关要求,具有抑菌效果好,性质稳定,产品温和、清洁效果好等特点。该配方产品能缓解人体私处不适,呵护女性健康,适合长期使用。

Objective To prepare an intimate care washing including lactic acid, Chinese herbal medicine and prebiotics and to observe its effects. Methods The bacteriostatic test of dissolution bacteriostatic agent and animal test were used to observe the bacteriostatic effect and toxicity in laboratory. Results The inhibition rate(IR) of the intimate care washing for Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans were all above 99.99 % after interaction for 0.5 min, 2 min, 5 min, 10 min or 20 min. There was no significance decrease for the IR after stored for 3 months at 37 ℃. The mouse acute oral LD50 of the intimate care was over 5000 mg/kg·bw, which was non-toxic. The multiple intact skin irritation, multiple vaginal mucosa irritation index and skin the sensitivity rate were measured to be 0, 0.67 and 0, respectively. Meanwhile,allergic reactions such as erythema and edema were not observed. It was indicated that the intimate care washing was mild to human body and has no adverse reactions through the consumer test. Conclusion The intimate care washing meets the relevant requirements of the antibacteria agents. It has the characteristics of good bacteriostatic effect, stable property, mildness and good cleaning effect. Also it can relieve the discomfort of the vagina and protect women’s health, which is suitable for long-term use.
