摘要
选用脑神经胶质瘤U251细胞,分别用阿霉素和黄芩苷对其进行作用,用CCK-8法检测不同浓度阿霉素、黄芩苷及两药联合作用24 h和48 h的细胞增殖抑制率。发现阿霉素和黄芩苷均可抑制脑胶质瘤U251细胞生长,并且二者联合作用可提高抑制率。
U251 cells of brain glioma were selected and treated with doxorubicin and baicalin respectively. The CCK-8 method was used to detect the cell proliferation inhibition of different concentrations of doxorubicin, baicalin and the combination of the two drugs for 24 h and 48 h rate. It was found that both doxorubicin and baicalin can inhibit the growth of glioma U251 cells, and the combination of the two can increase the inhibition rate.
