痛泻要方药理活性研究进展

痛泻要方,出自《丹溪心法》,为和解剂,具有补脾柔肝之功效,用于治疗脾虚肝郁之痛泻。笔者将痛泻要方的药理活性包括调节胃肠道功能,抗炎镇痛,抗氧化作用,调节机体免疫功能,对心血管及血液流变学的影响,对神经系统的影响及其他功能进行总结与探究,旨在为痛泻要方进行更深层次的研究提供一定的科学依据。
