摘要
静电纺丝技术制备的纳米纤维,因具有纤维细、比表面积大、机械强度好、孔隙率高、低密度和易功能化等特点,而在过滤领域倍受关注。本文介绍了静电纺丝纳米纤维膜的制备原理和过程,以及其在食品过滤领域的应用。
Electrospun nanofibers, fabricated by electrospinning technique, have gained substantial attention in the field of filtration due to their unique properties including small fiber diameter, high surface-to-volume ratio, high porosity, good mechanical properties, light weight and accessible functionalization.This paper provides an outlook for the principle and process, and reviews the application in food filtration industry.
