基于地表水Ⅲ类标准的污水处理厂工程设计

摘要 河源高新区某污水厂设计规模为25000 m3/d,进水包括市政污水及预处理后的工业废水。出水水质执行地表水Ⅲ类标准。针对严格的排放要求,设计采用"A/A/O-MBR+反硝化深床滤池"工艺。在保证出水水质达标,同时避免过长的工艺流程。本文介绍了处理工艺流程、建构筑物及主要设备设计参数,可供相关工程参考。 The designed capacity of A WWTP(waste water treatment plant) in Heyuan National High-Tech Development Zone is 25000 m3/d. The part of the influent includes domestic sewage and pretreated industrial sewage. The quality of the effluent should meet the standard class Ⅲ of surface water. For the purpose, the combination treatment process including A/A/O-MBR(membrane bio-reactor) and denitrification deep-bed filter was adopted. The process can make the quality of the effluent reach the requirement as well as avoid too many processes. The treatment process and parameters of construction and its main equipment is detailed. It can be a reference for related engineering project.
