摘要
在pH=6.00的KH2PO4-NaOH缓冲溶液中,基于土霉素对以土豆碳量子点的荧光猝灭作用,建立了一种检测土霉素的新方法。实验发现,土霉素浓度在1.0~6.0μg/m L和6.0~40.0μg/m L范围内都与碳量子点的荧光猝灭的强度呈现较好的线性关系,土霉素的回归方程分别为△F=40.046c-35.944和△F=6.212c+272.06(c:μg/m L),相关系数分别为R=0.9994和R=0.9937。方法用于牛奶中土霉素含量的测定,加标回收率为97.78%~103.6%。
Based on the fluorescence quenching effect of Oxytetracycline on Carbon Quantum dots synthesized by hydrothermal method, a new method for the detection of Oxytetracycline was established in pH=6.00 KH2 PO4-NaOH buffer solution. It was found that the concentration of Oxytetracycline in the range of 1.0~6.0 μg/m L and 6.0~40.0 μg/mL showed a good linear relationship with the intensity of fluorescence quenching of Carbon Quantum dots. The regression equations of Oxytetracycline were △F=40.046 c-35.944 and △F=6.212 c+272.06(c: μg/m L), the correlation coefficients were R=0.9994 and R =0.9937 respectively. The method was applied to the determination of Oxytetracycline in milk. The recoveries of Oxytetracycline in milk was 97.78 %~103.6 %.
