摘要
目的:5F-ADBICA和5F-MDMB-PICA属于新型合成大麻素,且二者具有同样的吲哚母核结构,本文首次报道了5F-ADBICA和5F-MDMB-PICA电子烟油,建立了气相色谱-质谱联用(GC-MS)分析方法。方法:未知样品混合均匀后用乙酸乙酯提取,吸取上清液采用气相色谱-质谱检测。结果:经GC-MS检测,测得目标样本中未知组分的质谱特征碎片峰及保留时间,经与相关标准物质的质谱图和保留时间比对,最终认定目标样本分别含有5F-ADBICA和5F-MDMB-PICA成分。结论:该方法简单可靠,可用于新型合成大麻素5F-ADBICA和5F-MDMB-PICA的检验。
Objective: To develop a GC/MS method for identifying synthetic cannabis 5 F-ADBICA and 5 F-MDMB-PICA, two new psychoactive substances with local indentised nucleus structure, said of China’s first report about these two chemicals in Electronic cigarette oil. Methods: Both the suspected 5 F-ADBICA-e-liquid and 5 F-MDMB-PICA-e-liquid were fully ground and extracted with ethyl acetate respectively. The extracts were subjected to centrifugation, with the supernatants to be analyzed with GC-MS. Results: After detection by GC-MS, the mass spectral feature fragment peak and retention time of unknown components in the target samples were measured. After comparison with the mass spectrogram and retention time of relevant standard substances, the target samples were finally determined to contain 5 F-ADBICA and 5 F-MDMB-PICA. Conclusions: A robust and reliable method was developed for 5 F-ADBICA and 5 F-MDMB-PICA to identify with GC-MS, capable of being applied into relevant forensic cases.
