摘要
常规精馏分离过程公用工程的消耗大,特别是针对沸点相近的物质的分离。高效分离技术-热泵精馏可实现能量的高效利用,并且有效降低分离过程的公用工程消耗。热泵技术是以消耗少量的外界功为补偿,提高工艺物流的能量品位,从而实现有效能的充分利用。本文首先阐述了热泵精馏的基本原理以及分类,并在此基础上通过具体的案例研究阐述热泵精馏的应用。
The consumption of utilities of conventional distillation separation process is larger, especially for the separation of substances with similar boiling points. Heat pump is a higher efficiency separation technology, which can realize the efficient utilization of energy. Heat pump technology consumes a small amount of external work as compensation to improve the energy grade and reduce utilities consumption. This paper first describes the basic principle and classification of the heat pump technology, and then expounds the application of heat pump technology through case study.
