摘要
包装应用化学是包装工程专业的基础课,其理论和方法在包装材料学、包装工艺学、包装印刷技术、包装废弃物、智能包装等方面应用广泛。包装应用化学实验教学根据后续专业课的实际需求选择了四种基于生物质的环境友好高分子作为实验材料,要求学生完成羧甲基纤维素、壳聚糖、大豆蛋白和聚乳酸包装膜的制备及性能测试实验。通过本实验课的学习,为学生奠定良好的专业课学习基础。
Packaging applied chemistry is the basic course of packaging engineering. Its theories and methods are widely used in packaging material science, packaging technology, packaging printing technology, packaging waste, intelligent packaging and so on. Packaging applied chemistry experiment teaching chose four kinds of environment friendly polymer based on biomass as experiment materials, according to the actual needs of the follow-up professional courses. Students are required to complete the preparation and performance test of carboxymethyl cellulose, chitosan, soy protein and polylactic acid packaging film. Through the study of this experimental course, it lays a good foundation for students to learn specialized courses.
