摘要 研究生教育是我国最高层次的学历教育,承担着为国家培养高层次人才主要任务。为党和国家、社会培养德才兼备的学生是每一个研究生导师肩负的历史使命。本文探讨了结合"三全育人"理念,为提升"科研育人"指导方法与策略,从进行导师团队指导、科研环节以及实践等三方面进行了研究实践。 Graduate education is the highest level of academic education in China, which iundertake the main task of training high-level talents for the country. It is the historical mission of every graduate tutor to train senior talents with both political integrity and professional competence for the CPC and the country and the society. This paper discusses the multi-level guidance strategy research in order to promote the "scientific research and education" guided by the concept "Three comprehensive education" from three aspects: team guidance, scientific research, and practice.
