摘要
肠道在机体中不仅仅是作为消化器官,而且还是阻挡外来细菌毒素的屏障。多种疾病可造成肠道粘膜被破坏,肠道屏障受损。谷氨酰胺作为一种血液中含量较为丰富的氨基酸之一,不但可以氧化后释放能量,还能在肠道粘膜遭受多种致伤因素后起到保护作用。近些年来不断有专家学者对谷氨酰胺的肠道屏障保护进行研究,目前对其研究主要是通过影响肠道的缺血再灌注、降低肠道粘膜的通透性、增强肠道免疫功能、减轻对肠道炎症反应来保护肠道。本文主要针对以上几种机制进行简单综述。
The intestinal tract in the organism not only serves as a digestive organ, but also as a barrier to foreign bacterial toxins. A variety of diseases can cause disruption of the intestinal mucosa and impairment of the intestinal barrier. Glutamine, as one of the abundant amino acids in blood, not only can release energy after oxidation, but also can protect the intestinal mucosa from a variety of injury-causing factors. In recent years, experts and scholars have continued to study the intestinal barrier protection of glutamine, which is mainly studied by influencing the ischemia reperfusion of the intestine, reducing the permeability of the intestinal mucosa, enhancing the intestinal immune function, and reducing the inflammatory response to the intestine to protect the intestine. This article focuses on a brief review of these mechanisms.
