摘要 为了进一步提升园区环境管理水平,加强园区环保智慧化管理能力,江阴临港化工园区投资共4.25×107元建设化工园区智慧环保系统,该系统通过环保在线监控硬件设备建设、软件系统平台开发并进行高效集成。一方面实现了园区环境质量的实时管控,有效降低了园区水环境的污染风险,提高了园区环境空气质量的达标率;另一方面根据实时监控数据,通过大气溯源、环境应急处置、污染治理设施工况实时监控等智能化技术,实现了污染物溯源的快速响应和快速处置,进一步提升了园区环保管理水平。 In order to improve the environmental management and strengthen the intelligent management ability of the chemical park, Jiangyin Lingang Chemical Park invested 4.25×107 yuan to build the intelligent environmental protection system. This system was developed and integrated efficiently through the parallel construction of the environmental online monitoring system and software platform system. On the one hand, the system realized the real-time control of the environmental quality of the park, effectively reduced the pollution risk of the water environment in the park, and improved the compliance rate of the environmental air quality in the park;On the other hand, based on real-time monitoring data, the system realized rapid response and disposal of pollutants through intelligent technologies such as source apportionment of air pollution, environmental emergency disposal, and real-time monitoring of pollution treatment facilities, which further improves the environmental protection management of the park.
