摘要
为培养研究生探究式学习和实践创新能力,本文针对华南农业大学食品科学与工程自身学科特色和研究领域,构建了《食品科学与工程专业现代仪器分析教学案例库》,通过案例教学,学以致用,显著提升教学质量和效果。
In order to improve the scientific research and practical innovation ability of graduate student, we constructed the Instrumental Analysis Teaching Case Library based on the key disciplines features and scientific research fields of Food Science and Engineering of South China Agricultural University. The present objective is to make Instrumental Analysis study serve the scientific research, and finally to improve teaching quality and effect.
