稳心颗粒治疗心律失常的临床效果分析

Clinical effect of Wenxin Granule on Arrhythmia

目的通过观察稳心颗粒的临床治疗效果,分析稳心颗粒在心律失常治疗中的重要作用。方法选取首都医科大学附属北京妇产医院怀柔妇幼保健院2018年12月至2019年4月收治的110例心律失常者作为本次研究对象,采用随机单盲对照的研究方法分为对照组和观察组,各55例。对照组患者采用传统的治疗心率失常的方式进行治疗,观察组患者使用稳心颗粒进行治疗,通过观察两组患者的治疗效果、心电图情况、患者复发率、不良反应情况来判断患者的治疗效果。结果经过1个月的治疗后发现,观察组患者的总有效率为94.54%,对照组的总有效率为74.54%,对照组患者治疗有效率明显低于观察组(P<0.05);且观察组患者的不良反应率仅为10.91%,对照组患者的不良反应率为34.54%,观察组的治疗恢复情况更好(P<0.05)。结论在治疗心率失常时采用稳心颗粒提高了患者的治疗效果和生活质量,在临床治疗中有着重要作用。

Objective To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of Wenxin Granule,analyze the important role of Wenxin Granule in the treatment of arrhythmia.Methods A total of 110 patients with arrhythmia from December 2018 to April 2019 in Huairou Maternal and Child Health Department of Beijing Maternity Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University were selected as the subjects of this study.A randomized,single-blind control study was conducted and 110 patients were divided into control group and observation group,with 55 patients in each group,in strict accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria.Patients in the control group were treated with traditional treatment for arrhythmia,while patients in the observation group were treated with Wenxin Granules.The therapeutic effect of patients in the two groups was judged by observing the therapeutic effect,electrocardiogram,recurrence rate and adverse reactions of patients.Results After one month of treatment,the total effective rate was 94.54%in the observation group and 74.54%in the control group.The effective rate of the control group was significantly lower than that of the observation group(P<0.05).In addition,the adverse reaction rate of patients in the observation group was only 10.91%,while the adverse reaction rate of patients in the control group was 34.54%,and the treatment recovery of the observation group was better(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of Wenxin Granule in the treatment of arrhythmia can improve the treatment effect and quality of life of the patients,and it plays an important role in clinical treatment.
