自体角膜缘干细胞结膜移植与角膜绷带镜辅助翼状胬肉切除术治疗原发性翼状胬肉的疗效比较

Comparison of the Effect of Autologous Limbal Stem Cell Conjunctival Transplantation and Corneal Bandage Mirror-assisted Pterygium Resection for Primary Pterygium

目的对比自体角膜缘干细胞结膜移植与角膜绷带镜辅助翼状胬肉切除术手术治疗原发性翼状胬肉的疗效。方法选取南京医科大学第四附属医院2016年1月至2019年6月收治的原发性翼状胬肉患者126例,采用数字随机表法分为两组,各63例。对照组实施角膜绷带镜辅助翼状胬肉切除术,观察组实施自体角膜缘干细胞结膜移植辅助翼状胬肉切除术。比较两组角膜上皮愈合情况、术后疼痛程度与并发症。结果观察组角膜上皮愈合情况优于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05);两种术后疼痛评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论自体角膜缘干细胞结膜移植辅助翼状胬肉切除术可有效改善翼状胬肉患者角膜上皮愈合情况,并显著降低并发症发生率。

Objective To compare the efficacy of autologous limbal stem cell conjunctival transplantation and corneal bandage mirror-assisted pterygium resection in the treatment of primary pterygium.Methods A total of 126 patients with primary pterygium in the Fourth Affiliated Hospital of Nanjing Medical University from January 2016 to June 2019 were selected and divided into two groups with the random number table,63 cases in each group.The control group underwent corneal bandage mirror assisted pterygium resection,and the observation group underwent autologous limbal stem cell conjunctival transplantation assisted pterygium resection.The corneal epithelium healing,postoperative pain and complications were compared between the two groups.Results The corneal epithelial healing in the observation group was better than that in the control group,and the incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference in postoperative pain scores between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Autologous limbal stem cell conjunctival transplantation assisted pterygium resection can effectively improve the healing of the pterygium patient’s corneal epithelium and significantly reduce the incidence of complications.
