脂肪乳在复发性流产患者保胎治疗中的临床效果分析

Analysis of the Clinical Effect of Fat Milk in the Treatment of Recurrent Abortion

目的探讨脂肪乳在复发性流产患者保胎治疗中的临床效果。方法选取2017年8月至2019年8月广州市花都区人民医院就诊的123例复发性流产患者进行回顾性分析,按照保胎方法将患者分成三组,其中41例常规保胎作为对照组,41例在对照组基础上加用脂肪乳保胎作为脂肪乳组,41例在对照组基础上加用免疫球蛋白作为免疫球蛋白组。比较三组患者的妊娠成功率、自然杀伤细胞(NK)指标水平变化、不良反应发生情况。结果脂肪乳组、免疫球蛋白组的妊娠成功率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);脂肪乳组、免疫球蛋白组组间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前三组患者的NK指标水平对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);妊娠12周时,脂肪乳组、免疫球蛋白组的NK指标水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗期间三组药物不良反应组间对比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论脂肪乳在复发性流产患者保胎方案中其作用与免疫球蛋白的作用基本相当,且使用上较为安全,结合脂肪乳与免疫球蛋白的价格,因此可将脂肪乳用于复发性流产患者的保胎中。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of fat emulsion in the treatment of recurrent abortion.Methods A total of 123 patients with recurrent abortion who were treated in Huadu District People's Hospital from August 2017 to August 2019 were selected and divided into three groups according to the method of embryo preservation.Among them,41 cases were treated with routine fetal protection as the control group,41 cases were treated with fat emulsion on the basis of the control group as fat emulsion group,and 41 cases were treated with immunoglobulin on the basis of the control group as immunoglobulin group.The pregnancy success rate,natural killer cell(NK)index changes and adverse reactions were compared among the three groups.Results The pregnancy success rate of fat emulsion group and immunoglobulin group was significantly higher than that of control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference between fat emulsion group and immunoglobulin group(P>0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in NK index among the three groups(P>0.05);at 12 weeks of gestation,NK index levels of fat emulsion group and immunoglobulin group were lower than those of control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference between fat emulsion group and immunoglobulin group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse drug reactions among the three groups during the treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion The effect of fat emulsion in the pregnancy protection program for patients with recurrent abortion is basically the same as that of immunoglobulin,and the use is relatively safe,combined with the price of fat emulsion and immunoglobulin,so we can use fat emulsion in the pregnancy protection of patients with recurrent abortion.
