黄帝九针治疗强直性脊柱炎临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Ankylosing Spondylitis with Nine Needles of Huangdi

目的观察文山郑保骨伤科医院应用黄帝九针针刺治疗强直性脊柱炎临床疗效。方法选取文山郑保骨伤科医院2018年6月至2020年1月诊断为强直性脊柱炎患者63例,按照随机数字表法分为观察组33例,对照组30例,两组均给予常规治疗:口服塞来昔布,艾灸神阙穴,观察组增加黄帝九针治疗。比较治疗前后两组患者Bath总体评价、脊柱疼痛评分、Bath AS功能指数、Bath AS病情活动指数、中医症候积分。结果治疗后两组患者Bath总体评价、脊柱疼痛评分、Bath AS功能指数、Bath AS病情活动指数、中医症候积分较治疗前均显著降低(P<0.05),且观察组降低更明显(P<0.05),观察组临床总有效率100.00%,显效率36.36%,对照组临床总有效率96.67%,显效率13.33%,两组显效率比较有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论黄帝九针治疗强直性脊柱炎疗效肯定,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Huangdi nine needle acupuncture on ankylosing spondylitis in Wenshan Zheng Bao Orthopedic Hospital.Methods A total of 63 patients diagnosed as ankylosing spondylitis from June 2018 to January 2020 in Wenshan Zheng Bao Orthopedic Hospital.Randomly divided into observation group 33 cases,and control group 30 cases.Both groups were given routine treatment:oral celecoxib,moxibustion at Shenque point.The observation group increased Huangdi nine-needle acupuncture treatment.The Bath total score,spinal pain score,Bath AS function index,Bath AS disease activity index and TCM symptom score were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the total Bath score,spinal pain score,Bath AS function index,Bath AS activity index and TCM symptom score of the both groups were significantly lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The decrease was more significant in the observation group(P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 100.00%,the significant efficiency is 36.36%,the total clinical efficacy of the control group was 96.67%,the significant efficiency is 13.33%,comparison of significant efficiency between the two groups was significantly different(P<0.05).Conclusion Huangdi nine needle treatment of ankylosing spondylitis curative effect is positive,worthy of promotion and application.
