经阴道超声诊断宫外孕的临床价值及准确性分析

Clinical Value and Accuracy of Transvaginal Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Ectopic Pregnancy

目的探究经阴道超声对宫外孕的诊断价值及准确性分析。方法选取2019年1月至12月江苏省宿迁市中医院诊断的宫外孕32例为研究样本,均接受经腹部彩色及经阴道超声检查,与手术及病理结果作对比,分析经阴道超声诊断准确率。结果32例宫外孕患者经腹部超声检查检出率为75.00%(24/32);经阴道超声检出率为93.75%(30/32),经阴道超声诊断准确率高(P<0.05);经阴道超声对宫角妊娠、宫颈妊娠检出率高于腹部超声(P<0.05);经阴道超声对宫外孕征象附件包块、宫内假怀孕、卵黄囊、胎芽的检出率较腹部超声高(P<0.05)。结论经阴道超声是宫外孕诊断的一种高效手段,相比经腹部超声,诊断准确率更高,可为临床工作提供可靠的指导。

Objective To explore the diagnostic value and accuracy of transvaginal ultrasound in ectopic pregnancy.Methods A total of 32 cases of ectopic pregnancy diagnosed by Suqian Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December 2019 were selected as the research samples.All of them were examined by transabdominal color and transvaginal ultrasound.The diagnostic accuracy of transvaginal ultrasound was analyzed by comparing the operation and pathological results.Results In 32 cases of ectopic pregnancy,the detection rate of transabdominal ultrasound was 75.00%(24/32);the detection rate of transvaginal ultrasound was 93.75%(30/32),and the diagnostic accuracy of transvaginal ultrasound was higher(P<0.05);The detection rate of cornual pregnancy and cervical pregnancy by transvaginal ultrasound was higher than that by abdominal ultrasound(P<0.05);The detection rate of transvaginal ultrasound for ectopic pregnancy signs,accessory masses,intrauterine false pregnancy,yolk sac,and fetal buds was higher than that of abdominal ultrasound(P<0.05).Conclusion Transvaginal ultrasound is an effective method for the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy.Compared with transabdominal ultrasound,transvaginal ultrasound has higher diagnostic accuracy and can provide reliable guidance for clinical work.
