乡村振兴进程中山地农业现代化的路径选择——以贵州省为例

Path Choice of Mountain Agriculture Modernization in the Process of Rural Revitalization:Taking Guizhou Province as an Example

高原山地是我国西部地区主要的地貌特征,山地农业现代化既是中国农业现代化全面实现的关键,也是乡村全面振兴的攻关方向。基于贵州省地貌特征,分析了乡村振兴进程中贵州山地农业现代化的主要影响因素,借鉴发达国家山地农业现代化实现路径的成功经验,从乡村振兴的角度,提出实现贵州山地农业现代化的5条基本路径:优先发展现代山地绿色农业产业;走乡村旅游、休闲农业与特色农业相融合的发展新路;加深农民专业合作社与农业龙头企业的战略合作力度;加大适用于山区的小型农业机械研发和推广应用力度;建立新型现代职业农民教育培训机构。

Plateaus and mountains are the main geomorphic features in western China.The modernization of mountain agriculture is not only the key to the comprehensive realization of China′s agricultural modernization,but also the direction for the overall revitalization of the countryside.Based on the geomorphic characteristics of Guizhou Province,this paper analyzed the main factors affecting the modernization of Guizhou′s mountain agriculture in the process of rural revitalization,learned from the successful experience of the implementation of mountain agricultural modernization in developed countries,proposed five basic paths to realize the modernization of Guizhou′s mountain agriculture from the perspective of rural revitalization:including giving priority to the development of modern mountain green agricultural industry,taking a new development path that integrates rural tourism,leisure agriculture and characteristic agriculture,deepening the strategic cooperation between farmers′professional cooperatives and leading agricultural enterprises,increasing the research,development and popularization of small agricultural machinery suitable for mountainous areas,establishing a new type of education and training institutions for modern professional farmer.
