摘要 食品安全已成为21世纪全球关注的重大问题。环境与食品的关系已经成为全社会关注的焦点,随着环境污染与食品安全问题的不断出现,迫切需要设置一门关于环境与食品安全的课程——食品与环境。本文从教学内容、教学方法、课程思政实践教学及考核方式等方面探讨了食品与环境教学改革,以期培养和激发学生的学习兴趣,加强学生自学能力,提高教学效果。 Food safety is a globally concerned issue in the 21st century.The relationship between environment and food has become the focus of the whole society,with the appearence of environmental pollution and food safety,it is urgent to set up a course on environment and food safety:food and environment.This paper explored teaching reform of food and environment from teaching content,teaching method,curriculum ideology and politics,practical teaching and examination mode etc.,so as to excite interest of students,strengthen self-learning ability,improve teaching effect.
