城市基层社会治理创新的动因、路径与成效——以福建省二维码门牌建设为例

Motivation,Paths And Effects of Innovation in Urban Grassroots Social Governance——Take the Construction of QR Code Houseplates in Fujian Province as an Example

分析城市中传统基层社会管理模式存在的治理主体单一、政民互动滞后、联动机制缺乏、服务水平薄弱等问题,阐述福建省二维码门牌建设过程中传统门牌向二维码门牌转变的城市基层社会治理创新的实践路径,同时对其进一步发展进行探讨。

This paper firstly analyzes the problems of the traditional grassroots social management model in cities,such as the single governance subject,the lagging interaction between the government and the people,the lack of linkage mechanism and the weak service level.Next,it elaborates the practical path of innovation in urban grassroots social governance in the process of building QR Code houseplates in Fujian Province,which realizes the transformation from traditional houseplates to QR Code houseplates.Then,current achievements are summarized and analyzed.Finally,discussion is made with regard to the further development.
